Charles Gounod so admired Bach that he wrote this beautiful melody as his "Ave Maria" - here transcribed by Len Rhodes for flute and piano.
Gounod's piano accompaniment is the C major Prelude by Johann Sebastian Bach from Book 1 of his 48 Preludes and Fugues.
